Sourced from smallholder producers in the mountains around Jaén, Peru, this coffee is grown in rich volcanic soil & tended with care. Working alongside local partners to support careful processing and drying, the ending result is a cup that’s sweet, balanced, and true to its origin of Cajamarca.
